MRP--Making Resources Productive Training and Organizational Consulting
|
"Efficiency is doing things right; effectiveness is doing the right things."~Peter Drucker
MRP, a division of the International Leadership Institute, provides training and consulting services to help businesses, schools, churches, agencies and non-profit organizations to increase both their efficiency and their effectiveness. Founded in 1987 by Sara Shepherd Tusek, MRP puts into practice people-centered management philosophies that help businesses to become more profitable and more productive.
We at MRP recognize that every organization is only as good as the people who work there.We echo the words of Professor Peter Drucker, influential business author, professor and consultant, who emphasizes the need for organizations to bring out the best in its employees by giving them a sense of community and dignity in the workplace, and by respecting and valuing the contribution of each employee.
The MRP training and consulting process involves employees at every level in all five steps:
1. Observation of current practices, including overview of available resources (people, data, things);
2. Discussion among interested parties (for example, owners, executives, managers, employees, customers, clients, volunteers and/or close affiliates) concerning the vision and mission of organization, to pinpoint and communicate clearly its major goals and objectives for the present and the future.
3. Development of organizational plan, based on point 2, including necessary training. Marketing and public relations activities are reviewed for consistency.
4. Training delivery and evaluation.
5. Putting it all together: making sure the organization is on the right track.
MRP works with businesses and non-profit organizations as they seek to fine-tune their capabilities in an increasingly competitive world. We offer a free initial on-site consultation to new customers.
